We donated Uttoxeter's first Community First Responder Vehicle
**COMMUNITY ANNOUNCEMENT**
At Angus MacKinnon Ltd, we pride ourselves on giving back to the community. Uttoxeter and the surrounding area has been without a first responder for many years, with no doubt a vital life saving role!
Mary Dorrington is now our NEW COMMUNITY FIRST RESPONDER, she reached out to us looking for a vehicle, we were more than happy to help!
Angus MacKinnon Ltd have FULLY DONATED a high spec Land Rover Freelander, carried out the relative conversions, and pledged to maintain the vehicle throughout its duration of service. We have also invested in a private number plate - FR02 AMK which stands for First Responder to Angus MacKinnon Ltd.
HEX Signs and Graphics, part of the Bri-Stor Group generously supplied and fitted the government specific Community First Responder lively, you’ll see it coming!
Martin Smith, Bri-Stor Group, CEO comments: “The First Responder vehicle will make a big difference to thousands of lives throughout the towns and villages of South Staffordshire and we are absolutely delighted to have played a small part in getting it on the road. It’s vital that we all do our bit for our communities and each other, and this vehicle, is just one example of what can be achieved when we all work together.”
Lianne Butler New Business Development Manager, Hex Graphics, part of the Bri-Stor Group, added: “It was a honour and a pleasure for Hex Graphics to support such an important life line for the community of Uttoxeter, made even more special as Mary who is volunteering her time to this amazing cause is an old school friend of mine, cementing the community spirit. We are so pleased with how striking the graphics look and there will be no mistaking Mary whilst she is carrying out her role.”
Also, an extended gratitude to RBA Wealth Management, Uttoxeter for donating fuel, National Farmers Union for insuring the vehicle and MotorKraft Vehicle Accessory Specialists for supplying containment solutions to house that precious medical equipment.
