This award is for a business that truly puts its customers first by demonstrating a culture of exceptional customer service. This garage listens to its customers problems’ and consistently goes the extra mile to solve them, delivering a personal, meaningful service.

Communication Award

This award is for a garage that excels in consumer outreach and interaction, showcasing a strong communications strategy that actively engages with their customers through a range of channels to create an engaged, local community.

Community Engagement Award

This award is for businesses who take a proactive role in their local area. More than just vehicle service & repair, the winner will be able evidence strong community links and the contribution made to their local community.

Business Improvement Award

This award celebrates a business that has made significant strides forward in either business growth or new initiatives within the past year.
