Auto Trader Retailer Awards 2022

The Angus MacKinnon Sales Team were extremely excited to find out this week that we are 1 of 3 finalists for Retailer of the Year at the AutoTrader Retailer Awards 2022, the winner will be announced in London next month.

We have successfully made it into the final 3 out of 13,500 dealerships in the UK - It is an incredibly prestigious award in the Motor Industry calendar designed to recognise the very best of the best in the automotive retail industry. 

The top 1000 dealers have been independently mystery shopped for their customer service levels on the phone, online and with their website car buying experience so to get through to the final 3 makes us all very proud indeed, especially as we are up against the major PLC groups, large Car Supermarkets and all Main Dealers of all franchises – not bad for a family owned Independent dealership in Uttoxeter.

We won the AutoTrader Retailer of the Year Award 3 years ago in 2019 and so what an achievement it would be to win again in 2022.  We work incredibly hard to consistently deliver industry leading customer service to ensure each and every customer has a 5 star buying and selling experience with us.  Thank you AutoTrader judges, thank you to all of our staff and especially thank you to our lovely loyal customers.
