Sammi answered my message promptly, tried to find out what the problem was and has arranged for me to use one of their cars whilst the work is done on mine. From start to finish I couldn’t have wished for a more pleasant and straight forward transaction. the customer service I received from Matt is the best I’ve received in all my car purchases. Super helpful and polite Matt left me at ease throughout the process, he even got to work on taking payment earlier then the dealership opened, due to me turning up early. The car came with an invoice for work carried out by Angus MacKinnon prior to the car going up for sale, at an expense of £800+ to the garage. I don't ever leave any form of reviews as I simply haven't got time for this. But Angus MacKinnon deserves an exception! Angus has gained a lot of my trust and confidence as they have answered all of my questions and recommended the right vehicle. They were very generous with test drive time and have not pressured on sales whatsoever. The vehicle, seemed to have been very well prepared from a mechanical point of view as I had a second opinion of my mechanic friend.

Nothing was too much of a trouble for Andy. He was very professional and organised with what he was doing, but first and foremost he knew his craft and how to treat people. I have only had a vehicle for three days now and not needed to use my warranty or anything like that just yet but so far I am very pleased with Angus Mackinnon and the vehicle I bought from them.

I had a price that i wanted for the sale of my vehicle - Andy helped negotiate a price we were both happy with - We agreed the sale a few days later and the whole process to transfer my car for cash took no more than half an hour - very pleased i called in and a hassle free way to sell a car. Considerably more than “we buy any car” and the like and without the hassle of private sale and “tyre kickers” wasting your time. Very happy
