Stuart MacKinnon – General Manager : I joined the company in 1997 (full time) working on the mechanical shop floor. Continuing study at the same time and gaining a further Higher National Certificate in Motor Vehicle Management. With this backing and knowledge passed on from my Father Angus, naturally I was able progress into role within the centre of the business as General Manger. Adapting a no problem attitude and working closely with the established team I have a strong desire to push the business forward.

Warren Crutchley – Parts Manager : I have been with the family business since 1987, the longest serving member of staff. Over the years I have worked in many different departments from Valeting to Workshop Controller. The Company has a long standing customer base and within this time I have established a good trustworthy relationship with them and I am always assertive to meeting their needs.

Mick Parkin – Body Shop Manager : I have been in the accident repair sector for sixteen years now but served in the motor trade since 1988. Many qualifications have been attained over the years but more recently Audatex Advanced Estimator, B47 and ATA VDA. As the Bodyshop Manager I must be committed to quality and fast effective repairs. Having detailed knowledge of how Insurance Companies operate, enables me to help policy holders process their claim quickly and easily during this difficult time, knowing they may not have done this before.

John Corbett – Sales Manager : I joined the Company in March 2008 and have recently progressed to Sales Manager. I have 25 years experience in the motor trade and have a vast insight into cars and commercial vehicles. I deal with all our internet sales sites and believe we have a fantastic up to date website. My main goal is complete customer satisfaction every time and enjoy dealing with the same customers time and time again.

Craig Whitehouse – Workshop Controller : I started employment as an apprentice at VW Stafford and worked my way up to diagnostic technician. Some years later I took an opportunity which became available at Stafford Audi where I continued to develop my skills and gained a further qualification as an Audi Master Technician along with a Customer Care Certification. After joined Angus MacKinnon Ltd in February 2006 I successfully achieved ATA Master Tec status and have now progressed off the shop floor and embrace the daily role as Workshop Controller serving customers and running an extremely busy workshop.

Nikki Chatfield – Service Reception : I accidentally joined the motor trade after spending 18 years in the catering sector managing 18 restaurants throughout different parts of the country. I joined Angus MacKinnon Ltd in 2006 within the valeting department and progressed 12 months later to the front desk taking service bookings and handling general enquiries. Along with these duties I also manage the car and van hire department within the business. I am always a great believer in exceeding customer expectations and adopt a can do attitude.
